Classic Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Luminance Paradox bourbon
• 1 sugar cube (or ½ tsp simple syrup)
• 2–3 dashes Angostura bitters
• A few dashes plain water
• Orange peel (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Place the sugar cube in a rocks glass.
2. Add bitters and a few drops of water. Muddle until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Fill the glass with a large ice cube.
4. Pour whiskey over the ice and stir gently for 15–20 seconds.
5. Express the orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
