Manhattan With a Twist: Black Walnut & Smoked Cherry

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Luminance Prism bourbon
• ¾ oz Carpano Antica or other rich sweet vermouth
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 dash black walnut bitters
• Smoked cherry (or regular cherry + tiny pinch of smoked salt)

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until chilled and silky.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a smoked cherry or regular cherry lightly rolled in smoked salt.
