Whiskey Sour Ingredients:
- 2 oz Luminance Paradox bourbon
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz honey-ginger syrup (see below)
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Egg white (optional for silky texture)
- Candied ginger or lemon peel (garnish)
Honey-Ginger Syrup:
Heat 1:1 honey and water with a few slices of fresh ginger until it simmers. Cool and strain.
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Shake dry (if using egg white), then add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
- Garnish with candied ginger or lemon twist.
